Bar Symon is restaurant/tap house that offers a cozy respite from the hustle and bustle of busy airport travel.  Chef Michael Symon delivers a menu of hearty comfort food like gastro burgers, fries and  for travelers to enjoy in a vibrant setting. Menus feature Symon signatures such as his award-winning Fat Doug burger with coleslaw, pastrami, stadium mustard and swiss cheese; Pulled Pork sandwich with coffee BBQ sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles; and Potato & Cheese Pierogi with kielbasa, griddled onions and mustard sour cream. The airport eatery is equipped with power outlets at every table and bar stool as well as flight status screens to allow passengers to connect and keep tabs on their flight during their meal.

Boule Café is a French-inspired bakery café with a menu created by Chef Anne Coll of City Center’s Meritage. The menu features a strong breakfast offering with options like smoked salmon frittata with spinach, goat cheese, and herb roasted potatoes, or pain perdu with spiced pear chutney and maple syrup.  Lunch and dinner selections include hearty sandwich offerings as well as hot soups and a Lancaster County-style pot pie featuring free-range chicken and roasted root vegetables.  French and Belgian beers are also highlighted at Boule Café and are balanced out by regional favorites, such as Victory Prima Pils from Downington, PA. A selection of spirits and hand crafted cocktails along with non-alcoholic and coffee beverages are also available. Boule café is an oasis with a unique glass countertop that lets you see right into the selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches. Within easy reach and integrated along the side of the cases is a wide selection of magazines, which you can browse while you wait for your cappuccino.

A Mediterranean eatery with a menu crafted by Nicholas Elmi. Baba Bar features flavor and spices reminiscent of the coast, offering small plates, spreads and wraps; a perfect light meal before a flight. The mezze (small plates) include a traditional selection of hummus, babaganoush, stuffed grape leaves, Greek salads, roasted vegetables, tabbouleh and much more.  Entrees include skewers and kebabs.
