FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PHILADELPHIA May 21, 2012 The team at MarketPlace Philadelphia Management flexed their muscles for a good cause at the fourth annual Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House (PRMH) Plane Pull event on Saturday, May 19.

Held on Atlantic Aviation’s tarmac at Philadelphia International Airport, the Plane Pull is organized by The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House and is designed as a tug of war competition between teams to see who can pull a plane over the designated distance in the shortest amount of time. Most importantly the event raises funds and awareness for PRMH, helping local families in need.

MarketPlace Philadelphia raised more than $3,500 for the Plane Pull event. Combined with other fundraising efforts for PRMH, the team has raised nearly $10,770 in the past year.

“The plane pull is bigger and better every year, and has become a tradition Marketplace Philadelphia Management is proud to support,” said Clarence LeJeune, president of MarketPlace Philadelphia Management. “Competition is always high for raising the most amount of money, but at the end of the day the true winners are everyone invested in helping local families through this extraordinary event.”
