Guava and Java at PHL is interested in :

·         We are looking for Baristas

·         Both Full and part Time

Candidates must possess the following qualities:

Understand Specialty coffee

Barista who has worked with a TRADITIONAL Espresso Machine

Have barista skills with ability to make fantastic latte art

Enjoy working in a fast paced , guest oriented, fun environment

Has a passion for delivering great customer service

Possess a passion for coffee, food, cleanliness and organization.

Have the ability to support the general manager to coordinate the activities of the staff in order to deliver quality product and service to all guests.
