PHILADELPHIA—August 5, 2011—The Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) announced Earl of Sandwich®, located in Terminal D, and Bose®, located in the B/C Connector, as its Restaurant and Retailer of the Quarter for Q4 2010-2011.
The Philadelphia Marketplace’s Cutting EDGE! Program (Excellence Drives Great Experiences) is designed to motivate and reward merchants. Each merchant can earn EDGE! points for exceeding expectations through great customer service and participation in marketing programs. At the end of each quarter, the food and retail merchant with the most points are named “Merchant of the Quarter” respectively.
A recent addition to PHL’s restaurant mix, Earl of Sandwich, serves travelers freshly made sandwiches and salads with only the freshest ingredients, using the same recipes passed down for more than 250 years.
