ALDO LAMBERTI TRATTORIA OPENS AT PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Marketplace Welcomes New Food and Retail Merchants to Robust Lineup

PHILADELPHIA — April 1, 2014 — A local landmark name in Italian cuisine and seafood has arrived at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). On April 1, Aldo Lamberti Trattoria celebrated its grand opening in Terminal C.

Owned and operated by restaurateur Aldo Lamberti, the airport location joins an impressive lineup of restaurants, including Positano Coast, Caffe Aldo Lamberti and Lamberti’s Cucina. The PHL location will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Passengers can expect high-quality, fresh Italian cuisine including pizza, sandwiches and more.

“We’re excited to welcome Aldo Lamberti and his renowned Italian cuisine to the lineup of restaurants at PHL,” said Mel Hannah, vice president and general manager of MarketPlace Philadelphia Management. “It’s important to showcase the local culinary talent and flavor for the 30 million passengers that pass through this airport each year.”

Travelers will also notice a few new food and retail additions throughout the seven terminals at PHL. New locations include:

  • Currito Burrito (Terminal A East) – offers the very best fresh ingredients and Mexican flavors inside a tortilla.
  • Dunkin Donuts (Terminal A West) – serving coffee, donuts and sandwiches to help keep you running.
  • Philadelphia America (B/C Connector) – delivers unique, Philly-themed souvenirs and apparel for visitors and residents alike.
